Ella Lawrence is the youngest member of the Pause Allied Health team, bringing a fresh, forward-thinking approach to the workplace alongside a maturity beyond her years. Born and raised in Tamworth, Ella recently completed her High School Certificate at Carinya Christian School, where she developed strong foundations in both academic and personal growth. She has also successfully obtained her Certificate III in Business through TAFE, further enhancing her skills in administration and business operations. Ella is currently studying towards her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance through the University of New England, which she will commence in 2025.
 
In addition to her academic achievements, Ella has a wealth of experience in customer service, having worked for over 3 years in various retail roles. Her goal has always been to provide exceptional, memorable service to every customer, which aligns perfectly with the values of Pause Allied Health. As our Administration Trainee, Ella is the friendly face that greets clients, bringing a warm, compassionate demeanour to every interaction. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that every client feels valued and cared for.
Ella’s commitment to her role extends beyond her work at the front desk. Her natural ability to communicate effectively with others, paired with her patience and listening skills, makes her a great asset to our team. She believes that the best moments in life are spent with family, friends, and the local community—a belief that shapes her approach to both her professional and personal life.
 
Ella’s passion for service and her dedication to fairness are evident in the way she treats everyone with respect, kindness, and equality. In her spare time, Ella enjoys exploring her keen interest in fashion and indulging in a good book. With a strong sense of values, a genuine desire to help others, and a bright future ahead, Ella is excited to continue learning, growing, and connecting with the local community as part of the Pause Allied Health team.
