Medicare
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Medicare rebates apply to eligible psychology and mental health social work sessions.
NDIS
We support self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants, including therapeutic supports and positive behaviour support.
WorkCover NSW
We provide treatment for approved workers compensation claims through icare NSW.
Victims Services NSW
We are an approved provider of counselling under the Victims Support Scheme.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We provide confidential short-term counselling for employees of partner organisations. If your workplace has an EAP arrangement with us, sessions are fully covered by your employer.
Head to Health
We provide psychological services for clients referred through the Head to Health program.
Private Appointments
No referral is needed for private appointments, and private health rebates may apply depending on your level of cover.
Bulk Billing
We have a longstanding concession-based bulk billing policy. If you hold a concession, healthcare, pension or student card, speak with our team about eligibility.
Community Outreach Clinic
In partnership with Better Health GP Practice on Robert Street, Tamworth, our outreach clinic brings psychological care closer to home so that transport, distance and cost never become barriers to receiving support.
