Jessica Grant
I have worked in Early Childhood Education and Care for several years, where I supported children, collaborated within teams, and built strong relationships with families and the wider community. This experience sparked a strong passion for working alongside young people and helping them achieve their goals.
During my career, I completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and developed valuable skills in communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and working confidently in fast-paced environments. I also gained leadership experience, strengthening my organisational and people-management skills, which I am excited to bring to my role as an Admin Trainee at Pause Allied Health.
I have lived in Tamworth for most of my life, spending a short period in Moree with my family during my teenage years. After returning, I completed Year 12 at Calrossy Anglican School and gained customer service experience before becoming a mum. Raising my three children in Tamworth has deepened my appreciation for the strong, community-minded nature of the area, something I value greatly.
I am really looking forward to working alongside the Pause Allied Health team and getting to know everyone. What I love most about Pause is the genuine passion, generosity, and willingness to support people when they need it most. I take pride in being a friendly first point of contact and aim to create a warm, professional experience for everyone who comes through the door.
I am highly organised, quick to learn new systems, and always ready to help wherever I am needed. I’m excited to continue learning, growing in my role, and working towards my Business Administration qualification. I believe that setbacks are simply redirections, and I look forward to contributing positively to a workplace that values teamwork, positivity, and exceptional service.
